Membership Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your membership in our store, you can do so at any time by contacting our customer support team at hello@freshora.com.

Membership Cancellation Terms:

  • Membership cancellation will take effect immediately after your request is confirmed.

  • No additional fees apply for cancellation.

  • If the membership includes subscription services, they will be terminated at the end of the current billing period.

  • Payments already made for membership months are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.
